HT material rolling drier is of low fuel consumption and high efficiency. It can dry the HT materials from a water content of under 85%to 13% or lower. It is suitable for the drying of HT wastes in livestock ?food brewage? sugar refining and pharmacy as well as the drying of tailings and chemically raw material such as chicken manure?alcohol trougy?lees?dregs of a decoction?bagasse?slime?bentonite etc., thus it's a good choice for resource development and environmental protection.
The drier adopts the downstream drying technique and is especially suitable for the quick drying of HT materials(such as chichen manure)which need to keep their nutritions. It can achieve drying,sterilization ,deodorization and nutrition preservation.The complete machine features good heat preservation and ealing performance with the thermal efficiency much higher than other similar driers.
The drier also features impact design, easy installation and debugging,and small floor area occupied. The roller and the breaking device adopt infinite speed variation to meet diffferent drying requirements of different materials.The machine can match various heat sources using different fuels ( like coal,heavy oil and natural gas)
Composition and working principle:

This equipment complex consist of rolling drier,combustion furnace,feed screw,discharge screw,conveying pipes,deduster,wind closer,induuced-draft fan and control cabinet
2.Working principle
HT materials are sent to the rolling drier through the feed screw and then are repeatedly stirred and kicked up by the "stirring plate" on the inwall of the roller. Then the materials are broken and scattered by the breaking device and contact for long enough time the hot air with negative pressure to finish the heat transfer.Thereafter, the materials will slowly moved from the feeding end , and after being dried, be discharged by the discharging screw. The tail gas will get through the deduster and then into the air.
